About Me

Joel Bernard has been driven by a profound sense of purpose from a young age and has dedicated himself to serving his local church. Whether extending a warm welcome at the door, engaging in children’s ministry, ministering to the elderly in nursing homes, or contributing to the sight and sound ministry, his calling has always revolved around a singular priority – to witness to the lost and hurting, guiding them toward a relationship with Jesus Christ.

In recent years, Joel’s focus on winning souls and making disciples has become increasingly evident. His evangelistic endeavors have taken him to numerous cities and states, allowing him to minister in various settings that include multi-day revivals and mid-week Bible studies.  Gifted with the anointing, talent, and ability to break through revival barriers, his Spanish heritage and bilingual proficiency uniquely equip him to bridge cultural gaps and connect with diverse communities.

Beyond his evangelistic work, Joel wears multiple hats – as a devoted husband to Janet, a loving father to Arya and Asher, the youth pastor at The Pentecostals of York, and the Pennsylvania District’s Youth Secretary for the United Pentecostal Church International. Despite the busy schedule, Joel finds profound fuilfillment and blessing in each of his roles.

Born for a time such as now, Joel eagerly anticipates the journey God has set before him, with the hope of bringing revival and blessing to your city in the near future.
